GREENVILLE, SC – Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. announced that Todd R. Davidson has joined the firm’s Greenville office as a partner. With 23 years of experience as a transactional attorney, Todd will be a significant addition to the firm’s Business and Commercial Practice Group. His practice will continue to focus on corporate and business transactions, economic development and incentives, banking and financial transactions, commercial real estate, non-profit organizations, and estate planning.
Todd received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1989. Prior to receiving his law degree, Todd received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Furman University, and worked as a Business Analyst with Dun and Bradstreet Corporation. Todd has focused his legal practice on helping business clients, both large and small, prosper and grow in the Upstate of South Carolina.
