GREENVILLE, SC - August 15, 2012 - 7,055 square feet of class A office space at 55 E. Camperdown Way, Suite 250 has just been leased to SB Phillips Co., Inc.  It will be the new corporate headquarters for long-time Greenville based company, Phillips Staffing.  Randall Bentley, SIOR, CCIM, President of Lee & Associates-Greenville represented SB Phillips in this new lease.  The company wanted to gain more exposure and convenience, and accommodate growth plans for its recruiting, sales and marketing, and administrative operations.  They were able to accomplish that with this new downtown Greenville CBD location.
