GREENVILLE, SC – August 28, 2012 - Bierrebi International, an Italian cutting technologies company, just leased 12,800 square feet of industrial space off Pelham Road at 105 Ben Hamby Drive, Suite E. They were formally located off Pelham Road at 1 Brozzini Court and decided to relocate due to a restructuring and new focus of their local operations. Randall Bentley, SIOR, CCIM, President of Lee & Associates-Greenville represented the lessor, Friddle Pelham, LLC in this lease transaction.
