Lauren Thorne Maxwell Joins Turner Padget Law Firm

GREENVILLE, SC - October 9, 2012 - Lauren Thorne Maxwell, former law clerk to the Honorable Helen Elizabeth Burris, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, has joined the Greenville office of Turner Padget.
Mrs. Maxwell will be an associate in the firm’s Business group and will focus her practice in business litigation and bankruptcy. Mrs. Maxwell earned a B.A. in 2007 from Clemson University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Calhoun Honors College. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill in 2010, serving on the North Carolina Law Review and graduating with honors.
