Branch Service Representative (BSR) - South Carolina Federal Credit Union
South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Service Representative to join our team of outstanding professionals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Interviewing members for financial information and establish new accounts that best meet the members' needs
- Processing pre-approved loans according to standard procedures
- Handling member issues relating to financial services for complete resolution
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one to three years of similar or related sales experience, including a basic understanding of lending (i.e., credit reports, loan policies and risk-based pricing) and possess a highly positive, service-oriented attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to anticipate member needs and initiate assistance beyond duties assigned. A minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent is required.
