A Conversation with Brian Clark, Facility Director, Generations
This past summer Alan Cooper, Publisher of UpstateBizSC.com, had the opportunity to visit a very unique non-profit in rural Greenville called Generations, an organization that works with adolescent and pre-adolescent males who are in need of specialized services for abusive behaviors. He was impressed with how the facility was run and the passion and focus of the staff. Recently, he spoke with Brian Clark who works as the Facility Manager at Generations about how they are able to have a 98% success rate with these boys. See the video below for the interview.
